Rebate fascia is designed to suit various gutter profiles and provides a clean finish. It is suitable for both modern and traditional domestic buildings, either new or old. Rebate fascia is manufactured and cut to standard lengths from zinc-aluminium alloy coated steel in accordance with AS1397 and/or colour coated steels with a coating conforming to AS2728.
UniCote® uses a hot-dipped aluminium/zinc alloy-coated steel substrate. The outer layer is a polyester topcoat, using the latest infrared reflective pigments, baked on to a polyester primer. The result is an extremely durable paint system built to resist UV damage from Australia’s harsh sun.
