Do I need a receipt to return my order?

Yes, you will need a copy of your receipt to return your order.

Can I return my order?

Non-manufactured products can be returned, subject to the condition of the product. Manufactured products are unable to be returned. You will need to call (08) 9399 8887 between 7.30am and 2.30pm Monday to Friday, to see if your order can be returned. Subject to terms & condition of sale.

How do I cancel or change an order?

You can cancel or change an order for manufactured products provided that manufacturing has not commenced. Orders for non-manufactured products can be cancelled or changed provided that the order has not been dispatched for delivery. You will need to call (08) 9399 8887 between 7.30am and 3.30pm Monday to Friday, to see if your order can be cancelled or changed. Subject to terms & conditions of sale.

Can I change the delivery address?

You can change the delivery address by calling (08) 9399 8887 between 7:30am and 2:30pm Monday to Friday, provided that the order has not been dispatched for delivery.

What are your metro delivery hours?

Weekdays from 7:00am to 4:00pm.Additional charges will apply to deliveries outside these hours.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can arrange pick up of your order by contacting us on (08) 9399 8887. Pick up times are from Monday to Friday between 7:30am to 11:30am and 12:30pm to 2:00pm. Pick up’s will not be available between 11:30am – 12:30pm or after 2:00pm.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Manufactured products will generally be delivered within 48 hours from placement of order. Orders placed after 2:30pm will be treated as next day orders. Unloading of deliveries is always the responsibility of the customer/receiver. Where delivery is made to an unattended site, our driver will endeavour to affect the delivery as close to the site as possible. In these instances, JT Group WA will not accept claims for damage to product during unloading, nor claims for pilfering of part of or all the delivery made.
